I have to install the Pulse Secure client to access my customer's network. I am on macOS (Monterey 12.6). I download the Pulse Setup Client 9.1.9.4903 when accessing my customer's VPN. The installation is successful but after the installation completes, there are no Pulse Secure icon, application, or files on my system.
Students, faculty, staff, and sponsored accounts can download the Pulse Secure client from the Software Download Service via My Pitt. An app is available from the Apple App Store (iOS), the Google Play store (Android), and a browser extension via the Chrome Webstore.

On April 12, 2021, Pulse Secure, DC Government's VPN vendor, reported an issue with their secure certificate preventing Windows end-point users from connecting to to the VPN using a browser to access. The Office of the Chief Technology Officer is monitoring their remediation progress and recommends using the PulseSecure desktop client, which is not impacted, in order to access the VPN.
